ModKaf’s collaboration with FamilyCook Productions has been instrumental in transforming the non-profit’s approach to the marketing and communications strategy. Focused on building awareness for their innovative early childhood education nutrition and culinary curriculum, the partnership aimed to equip the FamilyCook team with the tools to scale business development and enhance future revenue potential.
The engagement began with a strategy workshop looking at all gaps and opportunities in the existing marketing process, involving staff and client interviews to conduct a needs analysis and a martech gap audit. This laid the foundation for the StratMap, a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy roadmap, toolkit and process.
Key achievements include the creation of a marketing communications toolkit to document and create governance for consistent messaging, marketing activities and content strategy. We also worked website navigation strategy for improved user experience, and a refined visual identity with a distinct look for each program. ModKaf also crafted a pantry of program datasheets, detailing FamilyCook’s primary programs, and developed a social media strategy with content themes and templates for various platforms. Overall, ModKaf’s work with FamilyCook Productions has provided a roadmap for success, aligning brand messaging and strategy for impactful communication.
